“Mumbai, Date 20: Qualified disabled individuals in the state are being invited to apply online for the ‘Mobile Shop on E-Vehicle’ scheme, which offers mobile shops on environmentally friendly vehicles free of cost. The registration portal for submitting applications is available until 10:00 AM on January 4, 2024. This initiative has been undertaken by the Maharashtra State Handicapped Finance and Development Corporation’s Administrative Director, urging more and more disabled individuals to take advantage of this scheme.
In the context of promoting self-reliance among disabled individuals, the scheme to provide mobile shops (Mobile Shop on E-Vehicle) on eco-friendly vehicles has been implemented as per the government decision dated June 10, 2019.”
The state’s environmentally friendly mobile shop on wheels (Mobile Shop on E-Vehicle) is being made available for free to eligible disabled individuals. Applications for the scheme are being invited through online mode from qualified disabled individuals. This initiative, aiming to benefit more and more disabled individuals, has been announced by the Maharashtra State Handicapped Finance and Development Corporation’s managerial director.
In line with promoting self-reliance among disabled individuals, the scheme to provide mobile shops (Mobile Shop on E-Vehicle) on eco-friendly vehicles has been authorized as per the government decision dated June 10, 2019. The execution of this scheme is initiated by the Maharashtra State Handicapped Finance and Development Corporation, and its goal is to provide self-employment opportunities to disabled individuals through the provision of mobile shops on eco-friendly vehicles. It aims to facilitate economic and social rehabilitation for disabled individuals and enable them to lead fulfilling lives along with their families.
The registration for this scheme has been initiated from December 3, 2023, and disabled individuals can apply online through the link https://evehicleform.mshfdc.co.in. The said link will be active until January 4, 2024, 10 AM, for online applications by disabled individuals.
