The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has canceled Haris Rauf’s contract after he refused to join the team for a three-test series in Australia last year.
Despite being confirmed for the tour, Rauf backed out at the last minute, despite being declared fit to play by the medical panel.
As a consequence, the PCB has banned Rauf from participating in any foreign Twenty20 leagues until June 30.
Additionally, the PCB has also ended its association with Mohammad Hafeez, who had taken over as the team director after Mickey Arthur during the tours of Australia and New Zealand.
